Create separate libraries from mvd code

Florian Uhlig requested to merge f.uhlig/cbmroot:mvdsoft_master into master

After many dependencies in the mvd code could be remove it becomes possible to separate the mvd code in the same as it was done for all other detector systems some time ago. A great thanks for this to Michael Deveaux for his great help.
