[CI/CD] Add mCBM fork settings, probably to be removed before MR to upstream!

Pierre-Alain Loizeau requested to merge mcbm_fork_ci into master

Introduce and test CI for the mCBM fork, which should mostly run on the run4 specific runner slot without blocking the main Cbmroot CI

Of interest to @f.uhlig

Probably should be reverted before final merge to upstream at the end of the beamtime.
