V0 2 7 extras gui decoupling

Pierre-Alain Loizeau requested to merge v0_2_7_extras_gui_decoupling into master

Two new CmdCoreAgent commands:

  • one to remove an agent from the trackers list
  • one to get the name of the most derived class of this agent instance
