Reduce warning printout in mcbm chk time algo due to too big CI logs

The current implementation of the class + the parameters of the check timing test for mcbm 2021 run 1588 lead to million of messages with a CI log file of more than 1 GB.

This change will probably be obsolete and superseded once the draft mCBM MR 34 is rebased and tuned for merging to the main master. However it may need time and the problem hits enough resource on some nodes to need its own quick fix (run4 nightly were close to hit the RAMdisk max size).
