L1: Finalized track finder iterations + envelope classes for tracking QA

  • Track finder iterations are finalized: old enums are removed, initialization via yaml-config is tested
  • Material budget reading is fixed: now the maps are read only for used detector subsystems. If a particular subsystem is defined, but the corresponding material budget map is absent, tracking produces a fatal error
  • Standalone tracking performance classes are introduced [development in progress]
