Add task based event building step to CI of mcbm22

Old: Set as draft as histograms are empty/fishy and something is probably wrong with the parameters used in the test

• also includes some synchronization of various parameters between the even building only macro, the unpacking + event building one and the unpacking only one
• also includes similar/related synchronization for the MQ scripts, which should fix support of the June Gold runs. The changes were already introduced in the compiled code but not reflected in the parameters given to the parameter server
