WIP: Improves consisteny between default macros.

Fixes two starting z position errors The default position should be before the target. For realistic simulation the default position should not start just before the target but well enough before to allow sufficient deflection by the magnetic field.

To be consistent with the existing default 10AGeV urqmd data in the run_tra_beam and the v21i beampipe, the beam transport is switch to a 10AGeV beam energy.

Several header files are removed from run_reco macro. Some do not exist, some are not needed for compilation.

I update of the geometry repo hash.
