Set dE/dx for StsTracks. Refs #2241.

The calculation of the median energy loss for StsTracks was implemented already with !76 (merged). It was, however, never called in the reconstruction chain. This is now done through the respective calls in the CbmStsFindTracks and CbmStsFindTracksEvents tasks.
