Test environment for change of global origin

Environment switching to facilitate testing of geometries with global origin shift from the target to the centre of magnet.

Script allows the switching between the official geometry defaults, including APR20, APR21 software release as well as temporary geometries with shift consistent the decided global origin change under the name TEST. Several failsafes to prevent accidental running of script.
