STS unpacker, add pulser flag and save pulser digis to opt. vector (2019-2021 data only)
Filters the pulser data in a separate optional output for the 2020 and 2021 mSTS unpacked with the central classes, as well as for the 2019-2020 data.
The chosen method minimizes the workload on the later reconstruction tasks and should allow to pick arbitrary addresses for the pulser/auxiliary/reference FEBs.
This MR is an alternative to !404 (closed)
Included:
- Add a FebPulser flags array to the 2018 mSTS Parameter class
- Add the corresponding values in the existing parameter files for mSTS 2020 and 2021
- Use the new flag to filter the pulser digis to optional output B in the CRI and Legacy unpacker Algos
(=> The "old" unpacker (2018-2019-2020a) is not modified and will probably have issues, but it is anyway deprecated and those
data had severe problems) - Add the optional output to the 2021 standard unpacking macro
