Update parameter hash to include latest Trd parameter files

Change the commit hash for the parameter repository to include the latest Trd parameter files. See also CbmSoft/cbmroot_parameter!43 (merged)

This includes a manually patched set of parameters for the data taking of mCBM from 28062021 on.

• A third module is added for the 2D chamber connected to single spadic. This is a hack, due to the lack of a full representative geometry for the time being and the position in mCBM x/y coordinates is most probably wrong. However, it allows to at least read the data and build digis correctly, which is urgently needed for a first analysis phase of the data.
• The equipment ids of the already existing chambers are updated to their latest values
