Cleanup obsolete macros and tests in the macro/tof folder

Pierre-Alain Loizeau requested to merge p.-a.loizeau/cbmroot:cleanup_tof_macros into master
  • remove the tof_disim test and in fact the full macro/tof/CMakeLists.txt
  • move macro/tof/digitizer/GenTofBdfRootInput_v17a.C one level up
  • remove the macro/tof/digitizer folder
  • remove the macro/tof/qa folder

=> All these were made for the now obsolete TofDigitzerBdf and the associated clusterizer and were not maintained since >4 years
