[mCBM] in BMon/TOF legacy monitor, add support for 2024 sCVD detector

@v.friese @c.sturm Not sure whom to assign as reviewer, this is a cleaned up version of what we used during data taking

Tested locally after the cleanup on runs 2391 (old diamond only) and 3123 (last run of May 2024, old + sCVD)
