Add info about boost archive versions + version checker binary

Pierre-Alain Loizeau requested to merge p.-a.loizeau/cbmroot:boost_arch_vers into master

Tested with some of the .rra and .tsa files of last data taking as well as two version of the CA parameters (the faulty one and the fixed one of !1750 (merged))
