New trd online unpacker

David Schledt requested to merge trd/cbmsoft/cbmroot:new_trd_online_unpacker into master

Added the format for the new unpacker and made it selectable via template parameter.
Any new system version will need to implement template specialization where necessary.

I've ran the online binary with a dummy parameter file and it produces digis.
