Draft: WIP: Testing TRD v23b

This MR is intended to debug the trd_v23b geometry. Should fix issues here.

Brings in Geometry and Parameters for trd_v23b. At the moment this should not be merged. Intended for testing purposes.

Make a temporary patching of Geometry repo which will be removed before merging. Uses @a.bercuci forks which will be removed before merging.
