CA QA: Updates: simple event display, automatic setup scheme, bug fix in TOF MC points reading

  1. A bug with reading TOF MC points is fixed.
  2. A simple event display is introduced in the output QA (using internal CA data structures)
  3. An automatic plot for CBM/mCBM tracking setup is introduced
