Bump parameters repo hash to bring FSD digi par

Pierre-Alain Loizeau requested to merge p.-a.loizeau/cbmroot:par_hash_fsd into master

Was probably forgotten in the MR bringing the FSD simulation.

Also needed as another MR planned for tracking in the parameter repository (to avoid silently bringing in changes from weeks ago).
