AT converter: remove obsolete code

Oleksii Lubynets requested to merge o.lubynets/cbmroot:rm_mc_pdg into master

MC-true pdg code field was removed from VtxTracks branch long back in time (since this information is available via AT::Matching), but commented piece of code and empty (filled with zeros) field mc_pdg remained. This MR fixes this.
