CA: get rid of UV coordinates

Sergey Gorbunov requested to merge se.gorbunov/cbmroot:fitXY into master
  • get rid of U/V hit coordinates in the tracker. Use X/Y coordinates with the corresponding covariance matrix instead.
  • cleanup detector interfaces
