Rich Unpack parameters for run 2391

Dominik Smith requested to merge d.smith/cbmroot:RichParameters2391 into master

Replaced the hard-coded TOT values from mRichPar.par with the ones from mRichPar_70.par, which seems to be appropriate for run 2391 (this is what is used in the standard macro run_unpack_tsa.C for run 2391).
