Include TzdDigi in CbmBuildEventsIdeal

Volker Friese requested to merge v.friese/cbmroot:tzd_ideal_evbuild into master

CbmBuildEventsIdeal treats CbmTzdDigi along with the other digi types. The MR comprises the addition of CbmTzdDigi to CbmDigiManager and setting the proper link to the MC event in the simulation (CbmTzdDigitize).

Was tested against !1025 (merged) and works with CbmRecoTzero.
