Updates hash to bring setups from geometry repository. Removes
some automated shifts to target in the transport macros.

    The setups labeled APR21 and DEC21 were only for testing purposes and will be
    removed from the repository with one of the next commits. So we have to remove
    the tests using these setups.

Plaform shifted by 40cm to be under the MUCH/RICH. Based upon
create_platform_v16.C

It is discovered in issue2446 that the tof is placed incorrectely
in some setups. This fixes the issue. Defines local tof origin
as front surface of the frame, most upstream point.

Updates the geometry hash

Update commit hast to use latest version of the parameter repository.
The new much parameter files fixes the issue with wrong z positions of
much hits.

Due to political reasons the download location can't be accessed currently.

When cherry picking the merging needed some manual intervention.
Problems could be resolved with help of Valentina by removing some
code as suggested by Valentina.
Code changes only affect mCBM tracking.

Some conflicts have been resolved in reco/L1/L1Algo/L1Algo.h

In the sis100_electron setup the mvd geometry mvd_v20a_tr is used which moves
the mvd to the correct position after the origin was shifted. (#2411)
In the three sis100_hadron setups the mvd was removed completely. (#2386)

This MR brings in the changes from the geometry repository for merge request
CbmSoft/cbmroot_geometry!143

Patch the AnalysisTree and AnalysisTreeQA buils systems to create also
correct dictionaries for ROOT versions below v6.18.0.
Add the directories where the header files of both packages are installed
to ROOT_INCLUDE_PATH which are paths used by rootcint to find needed
header files.

In the input repository many files for the media checks were added.
In the geometry repository the rich geometry v21a was corrected.
The geometry now has the correct name and the correct radiation length
of the materials.

Use the correct TGeo unit system.
Use TVolume->Export to store the RICH volume in the ROOT file.
Add the correct placement matrix according to the shift of the coordinate
system.
Also create the file needed for the media check.
Create all needed materials prior to the import from the gdml file such that
they are properly exported to the ROOT file

Allow to overwrite existing files. This is needed for the CI since the rerun
of failing transport macros wil fail otherwise in any case due to the already
existing output file.
The default setting in the transport macros is to not overwrite existing
files. The CI uses a paramter to change the default.

Clean the data directories before running the test in the mvd, much and mcbm
directories.
Fix test dependencies in several directories.
Add json config file for CI tests which writes output in the data directory
such that the files are properly deleted when running the next tests.

Get the number of CPUs also on macosx.
Allow to define the number of used processes as command line parameter.

Move code into functions to get a clean main routine.
Add checking of prerequisites before compilation.
Add support for FairSoft versions after jun19 since these FairSoft
versions require a different build scheme.

Add CBM specific install instructions for OpenSuse and Fedora for
for packages which are not covered by the FairSoft documentation.
This is sqlite3 which is only needed by CBM and tbb and gsl which
showed problems on newer systems recently.
