Use correct units in TRD v21c&d mcbm geometry creation macros and create geometrycheck file

In the geometry macros, there are two changes made.

The first change is needed to use the correct unit system, otherwise the radiation length and some other material properties are wrong.

The second change will create an additional file which needs to be added to the input repository. The file is needed for the check of the correct media in the full setup.
