Update the Trd parameters for mCBM 2021

This is a manual patch. The files allow reading data from all 3 eq_ids, i.e. the 2 1D chambers and the 2D chamber with the Spadic mounted. The position mapping should be correct for the 2 1D chambers, to be checked though. For the 2D chamber it is most probably wrong. A correct positioning, i.e. x-/y-positions in the mCBM coordinate system, requires a full geometry, which is not yet available.
