Trd parameter files needed adjustment, since, the asic to feb channel mapping was wrong

This commit updates the new mcbm2020 default trd.asic.par to an asic address scheme, which contains the correct asic to feb channel mapping for the spadic 2.2. This was wrong before, because a change of the scheme implemented during the switch from spadic 2.0/1 to 2.2 was not accounted for.
