online: Add sts channel mask (empty) for mCBM24.

Remove the symbolic link for the mSTS channel mask files and add a new empty file for 2024.

!!! This should be merged only when a corresponding MR is prepared to

  1. add a switch based on runID at l.116 of algo/global/Reco.cxx
  2. eventually fix some troubles around l.138 of algo/detectors/sts/ReadoutConfig.cxx leading to channels masks of the old FEB 8_1 febs being applied to the new FEB 8_5 febs
