Add first TRD mCBM2024 parameter files

Adds TRD parameter files which allow to use the newly installed type 5 modules.

The ASIC parameter file contains 21 ASICs per CRI instead of 18 ASICs and the channel mappings are such that they match David's E-Link arrangement:

(previously, E-Links were simply ascending from bottom left to top right)

If one of the ASIC's E-Links does not exist, the raw messages are simply assigned to channel 9999 (but no raw messages from this E-Link should be unpacked anyway).I hope Dominik Smith's online unpacker can handle this too.
