Correct TRD module z positions in SIS100 v20b/c parameter files

In the v20b/c parameter files of the TRD SIS100 setup are encoded invalid z positions of the TRD modules. This is fixed by this MR. See also https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2646
