ToF geometries created with translation

Eoin Clerkin requested to merge e.clerkin/cbmroot_geometry:tof5 into master

Three root goemtry files created with their most compact configurations of the Hadron, Electron and Muon setups. Files generated by updating the placement in Create_TOF_Geometry_v16e.C

"v20a_1e" and "v20a_1h" places the ToF at 7.03m from the target which is consistent with the closest placement in the electron and hadron setup according to current best knowledge.

"v20a_1m" places the ToF at 7.62m from the target which is consistent with the closest placement of the detector with the MUCH and its 5th absorber in place.
