Adds two TOF geometries.

"v20a_1e" places front TOF point at 7.03m from the target consistent of compact configuration of subsystems with RICH. "v20a_1m" places front TOF point at 7.62m from target consistent with compact configuration of subsystems with MUCH and its extra absorber.
