PSD parking positon

Eoin Clerkin requested to merge e.clerkin/cbmroot_geometry:psd_parking into master

A psd pushed back as out of the way as possible, 18m from the target dropped to -0.7 m below and 0.9m left of the nominal beam axis.

To be used in the hadron and muon setups. Hadron setup file updated.

As per decision at the SWM20220217. See redmine issue https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2427
