New Rich geometry v21a

Florian Uhlig requested to merge f.uhlig/cbmroot_geometry:new_rich_geometry into master

The GDML file is a copy of rich_v17a_1e.gdml where the names of the rich volume is changed from rich_v17a_1e to rich_v21a. The ROOT geometry was created with macro/rich/Import_GDML_Export_ROOT.c as it is added with CbmRoot MR 714.
